poss buying a grade 2 listed cottage am i able to change kitchen and bathroom my self or do i need a builder?

If its interior non structural work I would think it won’t be a problem BUT ASK the building inspectors first.

no you can do it all yourself …grade two is mainly to front of property ..so if you are thinking of changing the window …then you would have to change like for like but you will need permission to do anything externally mainly to front elevation ..im a builder ..near leamington spa ..and work on listed buildings frequently

I think you need a builder when doing that.
Its never been that easy changing your kitchen.
